We do not store payment, debit or credit card details.

We’re based in the UK, and your data is not transferred to anywhere outside of the UK.

We’re unable to provide you with our products or services if you do not provide certain information to us. In cases where providing some personal information is optional, we’ll make this clear.

For as long as we have reasonable business needs, such as managing your membership with you and managing our operations, and then until it is removed from our database.

Delivery Policy
Membership packs are produced in batches, therefore delivery can take between 2 to 4 weeks. Packs are sent via Royal Mail.
Some store merchandise will be fulfilled by a third party and will usually be delivered within 7 days.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Membership will lapse on April 30th every year, unless renewed. Cancellation can be made at any time, no refunds for membership are given, unless in extreme circumstances. Any requests for refunds will be decided upon by the Club Chairman. This does not affect your statutory rights.
