We will be visiting in and around the Forest of Bowland - area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Western Yorkshire Dales. Lots of great roads and photo opportunities.

2016's FINALE of the LONDON S2000 SUMMER MEET at the Ace Café 

This is the perfect chance for club members and newbies to come together, convoy to the cafe then park up and enjoy each others company and have some fun. 

This event is FREE.

Date: 7th August 2016
Time: 6pm – 9.30pm (please attempt to arrive by no later than 7pm if you wish topark inside. If you arrive after 7.15pm, you place inside will not be held).

There will be food, drink and good company. The weather should be glorious and the convoys will be fun. We Will also be giving out trophies again for the following categories:

And a special prize for the furthest travelled!

We will be giving out the awards at around 8.15pm 

As this is a great location, members and owners of S2000's from all over the UK and abroad are invited to attend!

This Event is free to attend and everyone is welcome to come along.

Parking within the Ace Cafe car park is by registration only, S2000s will be given priority, first come first serve with 50 places available. There is also limited street parking spaces available outside the cafe.

If you want a space in the Cafe car park, do not sign up unless you are ABSOLUTELY sure you can attend. No maybes please.

It's that time of year again when we need to think about the Christmas Party......so here are the details! 

The venue is: Wroxton House Hotel, Wroxton, Nr Banbury

We haven't been here before....  There are a limited number of bedrooms at the hotel but plenty of options of places to stay in Banbury if full and plenty of space to join the party!  Because of this, we will need to do a first come on rooms at the hotel...

Christmas Party Night - £32.50 per person to include:

• Three course meal with a choice of dishes followed by coffee (a full guest list with their individual menu choices will be required no later than 2 weeks prior to the event).
• Crackers and festive table decorations.
• Resident DJ playing in the hotel lounge until 12.30am.
• ** no wine is included.

Accommodation 

   Double/Twin room -       £79.50 each ROOM per night to include English breakfast.
   Superior room (3) -      £114.50 each ROOM per night to include English breakfast.
   Single occupancy -       £59.75 each ROOM per night to include breakfast (not including superior rooms).

   Two single rooms are part of the 32 reserved, these rooms have 3’ beds which can be used as a small doubles. 
   In the case of them being used as doubles the rate would be £72.70 per room per night.

Hotel have requested: we have noted that you will be collating the names and full payment for the Party Nights which will be paid to us in September.  With regard to the deposits for the bedrooms, I have discussed this with the team and we would prefer a £20.00 per person deposit to be collected in addition to the Party Night as the event is treated completely separately from the bedrooms.  
Guests can then settle the room balances on departure. All monies paid are non-refundable.

So we would need deposit money per person of £32.50 party night + £20.00 accommodation = £52.50 per person deposit by latest 31/08/2016.

Please note that Ace Cafe London will not tolerate drugs, weapons,dangerous or anti-social driving and vehicles seen driving on the road in such a manner outside the cafe or its local environs will be reported to the authorities. Please also be aware not to bring any food or drink on to the premises (to include the car park!); The kitchen is open from 7am to 10pm(9.30pm on Sunday) daily to keep patrons fed and the bar is open until 11pm(10.30pm on Sunday) For drinks - the place only works with your support.
