12th-15th September - Wickstead park - The biggest and most fun Japanese Car Event of the year!

Our stand is booked and preparations underway for this massive annual event which is always well attended by S2KUK and every other Japanese Car Club in the land (and some from overseas!).  This year the event opens at 3pm on the Thursday!

Unbelievable......but its time to let you know about the UK Honda S2000 Owners Club Christmas Party for this year.....the 10th one!!

Venue:  Eynsham Hall, North Leigh, Nr Witney, Oxfordshire, OX29 6PN 

Date:         Saturday 7th December 2013  for a Christmas House Party with Casino Tables  

Dress Code:  Posh Frocks usually the order of the day!

Costs:       Party Night £41 per person (non-refundable deposit)
                Accommodation:    £60 per double room B&B                       £50 single occupancy B&B

Honey Roast carrot and ginger soup with Sweet Potato crisps
Salmon, dill and lemon bavarois, salt cured cucumber, wasabi hollandaise

Middles
Turkey Roulade, pork and cranberry stuffing, fondant potato, turkey jus

We will collect the deposits via PayPal when we get something set up. 

Rooms will be reserved for you with your name BUT the only slight difference is that you will need to ring and confirm your room so that they have your credit card details.

Disappointly not as many votes as we had hoped from members given the Club always does such a sterling job to raise funds for charity in the year. Two of the nominations received equal first place in the voting. Now to announce the joint result of the lucky charities for this year:

Thanks to everyone who took part in the voting exercise AND in advance for no doubt many of you who will be dipping your hands into your pockets at events to support the charity coffers. All funds raised will be spilt equally between the two nominated charities.

Notice is hereby given that The UK S2000 Owners Club AGM will be held at 11am on Sunday 7th July 2013, at Donington (Japfest 2).

The AGM is usually a formality to conform with the Club constitution attended by Committee members, and there is not usually much (if any) interest from members to attend.  However if you would like to attend (you must be a currently paid up member), please inform Sue, the club Secretary including your membership number through the contact details here before the end of June, so a suitable venue if required is organised.

The Agenda will be as follows:

2. Agree minutes from previous AGM
3. Chairman’s Report
4. Treasurer’s Report
5. Re-Election of officers: Chairman / Treasurer / Secretary
6. Re-election of other committee members (Events & Honda/Trade)
7. Constitution change to ensure eligibility of MSA Motor Sports Association membership
8. Club Website update
9. Merchandise - options/needs/ideas - for meets/events and members
10. Members items

S2KUK will be in attendance at this glorious event, held at the Top Gear test track - Dunsfold.

We will have a club stand ON SUNDAY in the "Wheels Club Zone" and be participating in the club parade, a chance to drive down this famous runway!
