S2KUK Club AGM
Notice is hereby given that The UK S2000 Owners Club AGM will be held at 11am on Sunday 7th July 2013, at Donington (Japfest 2).
The AGM is usually a formality to conform with the Club constitution attended by Committee members, and there is not usually much (if any) interest from members to attend. However if you would like to attend (you must be a currently paid up member), please inform Sue, the club Secretary including your membership number through the contact details here before the end of June, so a suitable venue if required is organised.
The Agenda will be as follows:
1. Apologies
2. Agree minutes from previous AGM
3. Chairman’s Report
4. Treasurer’s Report
5. Re-Election of officers: Chairman / Treasurer / Secretary
6. Re-election of other committee members (Events & Honda/Trade)
7. Constitution change to ensure eligibility of MSA Motor Sports Association membership
8. Club Website update
9. Merchandise - options/needs/ideas - for meets/events and members
10. Members items
If any member has items they would like to be discussed at the AGM please also inform Sue as above before 30th June.
