I have recently completed the refurbishment of my AP1, and I am the third owner, the first to put it on the road was Honda themselves, so here is a brief summary of the work that has been done starting from the ground up.
1. The car had been under sealed by the previous owner, but I had had it Lanoguarded.
2. All the discs and pads have been replaced.
3. The callipers have all be checked, cleaned and painted black.
4. The alloys have all been powder coated
5, The trailing links have been replaced.
6, The rear tyres are only two years old, and have plenty of tread left. The front tyres I have recently replaced.
7. The near side rear wheel bearing has been replaced, and the other three are in good condition.
8. The rear valance had some damage, and has had a colour matched respray.
9. A new clutch has been fitted.
10. New S2000 floor mats installed.
11. The engine and transmission has been professionally checked and is in good order.
12. The engine bay has no rust, and the boot is in good condition.
Apart from all the above the paintwork, black leather seats, the interior, the hood and it’s cover, are all in very good condition.
You could be wondering why am I now selling this great car, well, very simply, it’s down to my badly damaged right knee, that makes getting in and out painfully difficult.
