Dates

Arrival Friday 28th September 2018 with departure on either Sunday 30th September or Monday 1st October 2018.

Location

Our base for the event will be Shap Wells Hotel, situated in a secluded, wooded valley, high in the Shap Fells and surrounded by mountain streams yet only minutes from the M6 (Junction 39) and the A6

The Saturday drive will feature some superb roads throughout Cumbria and the North Pennines, including the famous Hartside Pass, we will also see Sycamore Gap and Hadrian's Wall

Costs

Total costs (excluding your petrol and incidentals) for the weekend including accommodation, breakfast every morning, Friday night dinner, Saturday lunch and coffee stop, Saturday night gala dinner AND Sunday night dinner, are shown in the table below.

At the time each payment is due, that amount becomes non-refundable - but in the case of cancellations we will endeavour to remove your booking from the hotel and refund you, or re-sell your place.

Please note: The hotel will only hold rooms for a limited time. So help us by booking early!

First, make your payment according to the table above. You can either pay in full, or in installments. If you pay via bank transfer it will be cheaper - we need to add a charge for Paypal of approx 3%
