Honda-S2000.BE - Honda-S2000.NL is proud to announce we will organize for the first time our very own MegaMeet!
MM20 has been the result of numerous requests over the past years, when we enjoyed the UK MegaMeets. Our team of enthousiast members will do all to ensure you will have a great experience whilst enjoying our beloved Ardennes region.
What to expect:
- Hotel in the heart of the Ardennes, Belgium
- All breakfasts & dinners included
- On Saturday, official MegaMeet drive over the best roads of the Ardennes & Eifel area with lunch & coffee stops
- On Saturday evening, S2000 Party!
- On Sunday, drive out at your own pace with some driving routes we will have available or explore things in the area like the F1 circuit of Spa Francorchamps, visit the impressive war museum in Bastogne, visit the La Chouffe brewery in Achouffe, drive to the Nürburgring and hit some rounds, visit the DTM-race on the Grand Prix track... or just chill at the pool of the hotel!

Dates:
Arrive on Friday 11th of September 2020 before 8PM, to have your dinner included!
Stay for 2 nights and depart on Sunday 13th of September 2020, or stay for 3 nights and depart on Monday 14th of September 2020.

Our base for the duration of the event will be the Vayamundo Hotel in Houffalize, Belgium - https://www.vayamundo.eu/Houffalize
Located in the heart of the Ardennes, close to the borders of The Netherlands, Luxemburg, France and Germany. This hotel is surrounded by forest, although in the proximity of the centre of Houffalize and motorway E25 between Liège and Luxemburg.
Costs:
Total costs (excluding your petrol and incidentals) for the whole weekend including accommodation, breakfast every morning, dinner every night, Saturday lunch and coffee stop and Saturday dinner & party, are shown in the table below.
Extra note: The hotel reserves limited places for us for a limited amount of time. We do not want to disappoint people, so try to be fast and help us by booking early!

Make your choice in the offered type of tickets, process all the questions and don’t forget to submit potential dietary requirements and for which person they apply.
This registration process is required for every attendee/car.
Step2: Make your payment

Payment conditions:
- To finalize your registration, the full amount needs to be paid upfront!
- There will be no further payment for your accommodation or the dinners included as specified.
- Registrations/bookings are NON REFUNDABLE - however if you need to cancel please inform us on megameet2020@honda-s2000.be or chairman@s2kuk.com and we will attempt to re-sell your space. This will be at the organisers' discrection.
- It is your responsibility to arrange travel to and from the venue - this is not included in the price!
- It is your responsibility to ensure your car is roadworthy and legal, that you have a valid license to drive in Belgium and abroad, and all relevant insurance for your vehicle is secured.
- Participation to MegaMeet 20 is always at own risk of the attendee. The organisation can and will never be hold responsible.
