Latest News From the UK S2000 Owners Club

We were overwhelmed with the generosity of everyone involved in the charity efforts at our recent Megameet in Mid Wales!  From the individuals and businesses that donated to those in attendance that took part in the event, buying t-shirts, stickers, raffle tickets and bidding in the auction.

THANK YOU ALL!

In total we raised £4942.28 at the event, plus we had a surplus of £438.64 from registrations, so with rounding up from the club we will be donating a massive:

£5,400 

(£2,700 each) to our 2 charities of the year

Prostate Cancer Research and  DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.

 In addition we recently announced that in response to recent events in Ukraine, the Club Committee have decided that this year, the Club Charity money raised will be split, with half the money we raise going to the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.

It is time to nominate the S2KUK Charity of the year for 2022/23.

You can see here how the Club has raised over £73,000 in the past years all for very good causes.

Now it is your chance to nominate a charity of choice for the coming club year.  

Nominations will be accepted through email to s2kuk@s2kuk.com or simply comment on this article.  Please give a brief description of your nominated charity, why you are nominating it and a link to their website.

Nominations will close on 28th February 2022, at which point there will be a vote to select from the nominations.
